We have purchased lots 20 and 16.  These lots are on the second row and third rows respectively with white water views and expansive views of the ocean.  On a clear day, you can see Catalina, the San Clemente islands and Palos Verdes Island. 
 
Development Plan: The development plan is designed around the beauty and careful planning within this 121 acre development that is literally the last undeveloped ocean-front property in Southern California.  The development has been more than nine years in the planning and approval phase with developer Sanford Edward taking methodical and patient steps to ensure that the development is one-of-a-kind and environmentally friendly. In accordance with that plan, we constructed homes approximately 8,500+ square feet in size consisting of a first story of sub terrain with daylight.  The homes are of the finest quality with knife edge pools, terracing, stone, iron, gates, and fully landscaped. Hawks Development successfully built and sold these homes during the worst downturn in residential real estate since the great depression. The homes unfortunately were sold below our cost, but none the less sold and all bank debt was retired.
