The subject property includes 3.47 acres of land zoned C-1 commercial in the City of Oceanside, California located 6/10th’s of a mile North of I-78 on El Camino Real.  A development application was submitted on September 15, 2006 with conservative assumptions to accommodate the sensitive environmental issues in the area and on the site. 

Development Plan:

Our development plan calls for a 33,504 square foot two-story commercial office building, with one level of parking below the first story.  We will have approximately 22,330 square feet of office space for lease.  A total of 71 parking spaces (both surface parking and the below-building covered parking) will service the building.
