Description: Property includes 6 acres of R-4 land purchased in 1999 with approval to rezone the property in 2005 to C-1 commercial.  The original intention for development on this property was to build high-density town homes in partnership with Harris Construction, a local commercial contractor.  Shortly after the purchase, Home Depot announced a new store directly across the street from our property to the north.  This announcement changed our development outlook.

This property is located next to the General Growth operated regional mall, Pine Ridge.  In 2004, Carmike Theater completed a new, stadium theater 12-plex contiguous to our property. 

Development Plan:
Based on the current commercial retail dynamics, the development plan is to create approximately 65,000 sf of retail space with a plan to secure an anchor tenant prior to beginning development.
